We were introduced to this client through an agency we collaborated with. Catering to the luxury segment, they wanted to distinguish themselves from the standard, run-of-the-mill spas. Their focus was specifically on highlighting the unique experience and sensations of receiving each of their special treatments through their content.
It was both simple and challenging. We held numerous sessions with them to fully understand their services. From these discussions, we created a storyboard and produced photos and video content that matched their exact requirements. The meetings were very crucial for us as we needed to understand what to show and how to show it.
Safe to say, we knocked it out of the park, they were quite happy with the 1st session and we ended up being called to document all their location in Dubai and Abu Dhabi.
